Approver Training

The WeBuy project team has created an entire curriculum of training courses and support materials based on your role in the enhanced online purchasing process. The following courses will help you to prepare to take advantage of the full online shopping experience using WeBuy:

  • Procurement Overview (Purpose, concepts and benefits of online shopping)

  • Approver (How to approve a shopping cart and recognize when you have a pending approval waiting for your action.)

Each course will cover online shopping concepts and MPS-specific processes. The courses also feature hands-on exercises where you'll practice until you feel comfortable using SRM.

Please Note: Completion of the appropriate Approver training is required before you will be granted system credentials that allow you to access the enhanced SAP/SRM system.

Two options are available for the Approver training: in-person or live webinar. Choose the option that best fits your schedule and learning style. Reminder: you MUST complete the Procurement Overview training (above) before attending the Approver training.
