Overview

To help prepare Approvers to take advantage of the full online shopping experience using WeBuy, you will need to first take the Procurement Overview course, then the Approver course.

Each course will cover online shopping concepts and MPS-specific processes. The courses also feature hands-on exercises where you'll practice until you feel comfortable using WeBuy.

You are required to complete the Approver training before you will be granted system credentials that allow you to access the enhanced SAP/SRM system.

Online Only

In this training, we will cover the purpose, concepts, and benefits associated with online shopping.

Course 2: Shopper Training

In-Person or Live Webinar

In this training, we will cover how to approve a shopping cart and recognize when you have a pending approval waiting for your action. This training is available either in-person or live webinar. Choose the option that best fits your schedule and learning style.

You MUST complete the Procurement Overview training (above) before attending the Approver training.
