MPS Accounts & Email
All MPS staff (including reserve staff and substitutes) have an MPS staff account. Substitutes can access necessary web resources and email through their MPS Staff account.

Short Term Substitutes
All MPS Classrooms are equipped with a Promethean board which provides staff access to web resources. This includes email, Google Classroom, online videos, and other applications that can be accessed from a web browser.
Short term substitutes can access lesson plans by logging into the Promethean board. When logging into the Promethean board, substitutes should select the "New User" account on the login screen to proceed logging in with their MPS Staff account.

Long Call Substitutes
Long call substitutes (6+ weeks) can submit a ticket to request a device (laptop) to prepare lesson plans and connect to the Promethean board.
