Outlook is the email service for MPS employees. Students use Gmail.
There are two ways to access your MPS work email:
Outlook.com (also known as webmail) can be accessed on any device with an internet connection and a web browser.
The Outlook app can be installed and used on a Mac, Windows laptop, iPhone, iPad, and Android device.

Report Phishing Emails in Outlook

If you believe you’ve received a phishing email, report the email using the “Report Phish” button in Outlook.
Email Retention
Outlook automatically deletes emails after 90 days. This retention schedule helps to reduce the amount of government data which MPS is responsible for. If you wish save an email for longer than 90 days, it must be archived. Learn how to archive items manually.
