Overview

Welcome to the SRM Approver Training Course!
This is the second and final required training for approvers in SRM/WeBuy.  Training is required per Board Regulation 3300 C. In this system, you will review and approve orders for goods, increases or changes to purchase orders, and possibly contracts depending on your role.  As an approver, you play an important role in ensuring the appropriate use of funds for district purchases in addition to effectively managing your school or department’s budget.

In this course, you will learn what your roles and responsibilities are in regards to approving shopping carts. We will demonstrate how to approve shopping carts through the Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) system. This course is intended for MPS employees in the role of Approver to learn how to approve goods and services from a catalog, free text, or limit shopping cart in WeBuy/SRM.
