Welcome to the Minneapolis Public Schools’ Manage Your Budget in SAP training!
This training may be required before you will be granted access to the system, and/or may be assigned to you based on your job roles and responsibilities within the district.

In this training course we will cover everything you need to know about viewing and managing your school or department budget.
+ Learning Objectives
By completing this training course you will be able to:
- Display and read your budget using transaction code ZFM06.
- View a detailed document for a budget or actual item from the "Budget vs Actual" report.
- Identify when and how to prepare a Budget Reallocation using transaction code FMBB.
- Create a Journal Entry using the FV50 transaction code or the Journal Entry Upload process.
- Export budget data from SAP to share with others.
