Overview

Welcome to the Minneapolis Public Schools’ Introduction to Navigating SAP training!
This is the first required course on your way to gaining access to SAP. Additional trainings may be required before you will be granted access to the system, and will be role-based depending on your job roles and responsibilities within the district.

In this training course we will cover the basics of navigating and using the SAP system. All SAP users are required to complete this training before they will be granted access to the system.

  • Log in to SAP and change your password
  • Navigate SAP using the menus, toolbars, status bars, and icons available
  • Update your personal settings and create favorite transactions to help you work efficiently
  • Export or print data if required and/or requested
  • Understand the importance and log out of transactions and/or SAP when you are done working to ensure data remains secure

To receive credit for the course, you will need to first sign in to Google Chrome. Learn how to sign in to Google Chrome.

If you are not signed in to Google Chrome, you run the risk of your progress not being saved. Therefore, the course may not be marked as complete.
