Overview

Welcome to the Minneapolis Public Schools’ Display PO & Goods Receipt in SAP training!
This training may be required before you will be granted access to the system, and/or may be assigned to you based on your job roles and responsibilities within the district.

Prior to completing this training, you must complete the following prerequisite SAP trainings:

In this training we will cover the transactions needed to display and review the details of a Purchase Order (PO), complete a Goods Receipt, and cancel a Goods Receipt.

By completing this training course you will be able to:

  • Display and review a Purchase Order using the ME23N transaction.
  • Complete a Goods Receipt using the MIGO transaction.
  • Cancel a Goods Receipt.
