The use of Papercut and the setting of quotas allow schools to manage resources and monitor users, ensuring the responsible stewardship of district resources.

MPS maintains a contract to manage our print services with the use of Papercut software. This contract includes the cost of ink and the number of impressions printed by location. The cost per impression is determined by the contract and is non-negotiable. This applies to all copy and print jobs.
