MPS teachers and staff can access the paid version of TalkingPoints
TalkingPoints is a messaging and translation tool for educators. It allows teachers to write messages in English, and automatically translates them to the family’s home language in a text message directly to their phones. TalkingPoints currently offers message translation in over 100 languages. Check out the list of supported languages.
Note: Do not share private student information via text. For more conversations involving student data, we recommend scheduling a phone call, in-person meeting, or a video call.
