Overview
Welcome to the Minneapolis Public Schools’ Service Excellence training course! The goal of this training is to provide staff with the information and guidance needed to create a culture of Service Excellence at MPS.
As an organization, it is important that we are all committed to creating a culture of Service Excellence where students, families, community members, colleagues, and others are all heard, understood, and valued.
NOTE: Hourly employees SHOULD NOT access this course during non-duty hours. Please work with your leadership team to arrange a time during the duty day to complete the training.
Step 1: Sign in to Google Chrome
To receive credit for the course, you will need to first sign in to Google Chrome. Learn how to sign in to Google Chrome.
If you are not signed in to Google Chrome, you run the risk of your progress not being saved. Therefore, the course may not be marked as complete.
