When delivering lesson plans in real-time with students (synchronous) via Google Meet, it’s important to record the Google Meet for students who are unable to attend the instruction in real-time (asynchronous) or for students who would like to review the content at a later time.
Note of Caution
Recordings must NOT be shared with anyone other than the students in the class.
Recordings should remain in your Google Drive and be shared with students via approved MPS platforms.
In order to avoid students from appearing in recorded lessons, all students must be muted during the recording.
