The Teacher Evaluation Labor Management Committee was created through teacher contract negotiations in an effort to collaborate to improve the teacher evaluation and observation model. Beginning in school year 2018-19, there were updates to the observation model for tenured teachers. The changes provide teachers and related service professionals with more options to share and receive feedback through peer collaboration and observation.
