Overview
Welcome to the Professional Development Plan (PDP) Training Course! PDP is designed to help all licensed educators assess and improve their instructional skills, their knowledge base, their collegial and community interactions, and their daily impact on student learning. For all licensed educators, we know that goal setting, reflection, and collaboration are at the core of growing our practices to support students. PDP honors educator autonomy by allowing educators to guide their own growth, using data and student needs as a compass.
