The Poly Studio is a high-quality smart camera that automatically focuses on the person speaking and has a built-in microphone that allows students joining class remotely to hear and see you.

NOTE: The Poly Studio camera is currently only available to a limited number of 6-12 classroom teachers.

Troubleshooting

Having issues with the camera (like sound failing to come through the camera speaker, or camera tracking isn’t working)? Try these steps:

  1. Make sure to open the camera shutter using the slider button located below the camera lens.

  2. If you’re experiencing issues with the remote, first make sure there are batteries in the remote. Next, you’ll need to pair it with the camera using the Bluetooth pairing button on the camera and the mute button on the remote. Learn more about the remote.

  3. Disconnect the Poly Studio camera from power or the computer, and reconnect it. 

  4. Restart your computer.
