When a 911 call is placed from your site (even if it doesn’t connect to 911), an email notification is generated that includes detailed information including a timestamp, room or user’s name, building name and address. This will make it easier for you to complete your required investigation if safe to do so. You will then need to either request further police/fire/EMS support by calling 911 or district support by calling (612) 668-0322. You may also need to document the incident by completing the 911 Report Form.

Besides building leaders and their Site Emergency Teams, the notification will also be sent to the Emergency Management, Safety and Security (EMSS) Department and the District Communication Center (DCC).

Please submit an eTicket with the names of others who should be included (co-located programs, after hours leads, etc.).
