At Minneapolis Public Schools, we have several door buzzer systems which includes the buzzer and master station device. Regardless of which system your site uses, the purpose of the system is to control access to the building, and promote a safe and secure learning environment.

If you have a repair need for the camera, door buzzer, or master station device, please submit an eHelpDesk ticket at http://ehelpdesk.mpls.k12.mn.us/. In the Request Type dropdown menu, be sure to select “Computers & Hardware” > “Security Camera / DVR” > “Security Hardware".
