Adobe allows you to create fillable PDFs that can be shared and completed digitally with staff and/or families. This means no more printing, signing by hand, scanning, and emailing back forms. With the Adobe Fill & Sign tool, staff/families can easily fill PDFs, sign them, and send your forms electronically right from their devices.
Pre-requisites: In order to create a fillable PDF, you must have Acrobat Pro DC installed on your computer.
Staff and families do not need to install any software to digitally fill out and sign a PDF document that they receive.
