Please use the resources below to make sure that all of your technology and systems are ready to go for your first day back.
 

Keyboard

Computer Login

Make sure you can log into your computer. If you have issues setting your password or have forgotten your password, please call the IT Service desk at (612) 668-0088.   


Gradebook

Gradebook allows teachers to view student information, take attendance, email students and parents directly, record student grades, and add assignments and record scores (secondary only).

Make sure you can log into Gradebook.  If you cannot log in or are not seeing your classes, check with the scheduler at your site to make sure they have you scheduled correctly in Discovery (the Student Information System).  You can use Gradebook to find class rosters and create seating charts.

Use Gradebook to eTag students the first two weeks of school. Visit the eTagging page for more information.

Classroom technology

Make sure all of your classroom technology is functioning properly.  If something is not working correctly, submit an eTicket.

Phone / Voicemail

Make sure your voicemail message is correct. If you need to have your voicemail password reset or need a new mailbox set up, submit an eTicket.

Google Classroom

Google Classroom is the district's learning management system (LMS). It streamlines assignments, boosts collaboration, and fosters seamless communication to make teaching more productive and meaningful. 

If you'd like to use Google Classroom with your students, you need to set up your class(es) in Google Classroom.
