Password Self-Service is available to both staff and students. By enrolling in this service, you will be able to:

  • Reset your password without having to call the MPS IT HelpDesk

  • Unlock your district-issued computer when you are locked out of it

In order to create a more secure online environment, the security questions that you choose will be used to confirm your identity when attempting to reset your password. After enrolling in this service, you will encounter these security questions when you visit to reset your password.
